Henry is a New Bedford, Massachusetts native. He graduated from Saint Anthony’s Elementary School and Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School.
He then graduated from Bristol Community College with an AA in Communications. He has been working in restaurants since the age of fifteen. South coast favorites like; The Candleworks, The Pasta House, Kate Cory’s at Bittersweet Farm. He was formerly the sous chef at Margaret’s in Fairhaven.
Henry has also worked for the Walt Disney World Company in The Land at EPCOT in Orlando, Florida. Henry has also done part-time seasonal cooking for both The New Bedford Yacht Club and The Country Club of New Bedford.
