New Bedford’s Code Enforcement Tas... City Announces “Targeted Code and Nuisance Ordinance Enforcement Team” .  Golly Gee where have we seen this idea, under Dynamic Solutions perhaps? However, This is a major victory for the citizens of New Bedford. Men Who Cook... The Woma’s Center in New Bedford has been relying on the community to come an enjoy food as part of their annual fundraising event “Men Who Cook” for some many years now. But due to the sudden enforcement of a health department regulation they were unable to deliver this event as it had been done in the past. So the team at the Woman’s Center came up with another idea, “Men Who Cook” month! New Bedford City Council mum on the lay-... So, at the risk of sounding like a loon. Where is our New Bedford city council on this whole local fiscal crisis situation?  Have they no opinions on the potential layoffs, do they not have a dog in this fight? Perhaps it’s easier to say nothing rather than to take a side here?
