In the Haute Cooking portion of the website you’ll learn why I consider myself a bit of an authority on food in the south coast, national trends and techniques too. Foodservice is my career passion. It also is something I’ve had lots of dynamic experience in; as an owner I’ve made all the mistakes for you to learn from; as an educator my thirst for knowledge is unquenchable. I can help you with everything from recipes, to business plans. Check it out maybe I can help you with your culinary conundrum.

I got involved as a taxpayer when I felt the obligation to make things happen instead of complaining why they don’t happen. As someone once told me, the wheels of government move slowly. I believe it’s my responsibility to keep at it like water on a stone. It’s my duty to my community and the future of my children.
